Trista is responsible for SIP's strategic financial matters, including financial modeling, capital formation, and transaction execution.
Trista was previously Associate Director of Investments at Alphabet’s urban innovation platform. In this role, she originated and executed on proptech and construction tech investments, sourced real estate investments, and helped to launch a digital fabrication and construction company for prefab, timber buildings.
Prior to that, Trista was a Vice President in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, where she worked on M&A across transportation, utilities, and power sectors, as well as project financings for sports and entertainment venues and freight & logistics assets.
Trista began her career working for an affordable housing developer, and subsequently at the NYC Economic Development Corporation, under the Bloomberg administration.
Trista has a BA from Yale University in Economics and Urban Studies and an MBA from Cornell.
