Sofia is responsible for the origination, transaction execution, and development of SIP's businesses and projects.

Previously, Sofia was a founding member of L Catterton’s Impact Fund where she originated, executed, and managed investments across various sectors. Prior to that, Sofia was an investor in L Catterton’s Flagship Buyout Fund. Sofia began her career at Evercore Partners in the M&A Investment Banking practice.

Sofia graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Canada.
