Sarah Caplin

Director of Administration

Sarah is responsible for managing and coordinating across a number of SIP’s operational workstreams, including strategic firm planning, office management, and providing executive assistance.

Sarah previously worked at Amazon as an Executive Assistant on the Public Policy team. Prior to that, she worked as an Executive Assistant in the United States Senate.

Sarah graduated from Utah Valley University with a BS in Political Science and Government.
