Michelle Brooks

Previously, Michelle was Chief Strategy Officer and Treasurer at Chobani, where she led strategic planning, capital markets activity, and strategic partnerships. Michelle also served as Chobani’s Acting CFO, leading the finance, accounting, treasury, and strategy teams through a period of accelerated change and growth.

Prior to joining Chobani, Michelle was a Managing Director at Continental Grain Company, where she built the Arlon Group private investing platform, leading investment activity, portfolio oversight, and investment team operations for middle market funds focused on private businesses across the food and agriculture value chain.

Prior to that, Michelle was a Principal at Weston Presidio, executing growth equity investments and buyouts across a variety of industries.

Michelle received a BA in Government from Harvard College and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
