Charlotte Knutson
Deputy General Counsel
Charlotte is involved in overseeing all of SIP’s legal matters, including with respect to platform transactions, compliance, and SIP commercial contracts.
Charlotte previously worked as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she focused on private equity M&A transactions, investments, and advisory matters. Prior to that, Charlotte began her legal career at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in the Corporate group in Toronto.
Charlotte graduated on the Dean’s Honor List from Western University’s Faculty of Law and with Distinction from McGill University with a BA in Anthropology.
