Amyra Asamoah
Head of Business Operations
Amyra plays an important role in managing and assisting with various operational matters at SIP and coordinating the operations of SIP’s innovation platforms.
Amyra was previously Director of Strategy & Operations at Policygenius, where she led strategic planning activities and cross-functional projects to generate operational efficiencies.
Prior to that, during grad school, Amyra consulted with Dalberg Advisors on climate change investment opportunities for clients, led operational improvements at solar energy startup Zola Electric, and acted as an advisor for city governments through the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative. Amyra began her career as an Analyst at the International Monetary Fund, where she helped advise federal governments on improving public sector spending efficiency in the areas of infrastructure, fuel, and pensions.
Amyra holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a BA in Economics and BA in Communication and Culture from Indiana University.
